The Client
Chepstow pet supplies (est. 2012), Paws pets & grooming salon (est. 2014), Creature comforts (est. 2019) & Paws Online (est. 2020). They pride themselves on having a passion for pets, excellent customer service and they love to share their experiences in helping to promote good animal care and animal wellbeing to our customers.
In 2015 they also opened a dog grooming salon in their premises to help their customers keep their pet’s skin and fur healthy and just to give all pets a well-deserved pamper.
Paws Pets was looking to fight off competition in the local area from new, nationally known competition to retain and further expand their customer base in Monmouth, Wales.


What We Did

Our media buying team generated a detailed 6-month plan to drive footfall to their store and retain current customers after a new nationwide pet store opened nearby.
We focused on building Facebook ads that promote the client’s latest offers, product range and also their USP’s to make them the number one choice to get your pet supplies in the Chepstow area.
Whilst working with them we have achieved:
- Created multiple creatives to promote our clients physical store, including latest offers and USP’s.
- Optimised ad campaigns to ensure cheap cost per 1000 impressions that fall significantly below the industry average.
