TIP-TOP’S JOURNEY.
Tip-Top Media Co. is fronted by Josh & Reece, two best friends who went to school together and then university together to study Business & Management… only to find ourselves only really interested in the marketing (and social!) side of the course.
Post university, we then went our separate ways post university with Josh working as a Marketing Director for a large UK based Motorsport team – only to grow frustrated by the restrictions of being an employee.
Reece moved to London but on the side of his corporate job, couldn’t stay away from marketing and became a Social Media Freelancer amassing a total of 11 happy clients – then realised he was onto something and gave Josh a call…
We decided to team up and put all of our experiences and knowledge together to deliver excellent results for companies wanting to take their digital marketing seriously. That saw the creation of Tip-Top Media Co. – a purely performance focused Marketing Agency, only working with great brands that have all the necessary foundations in place for incredible growth from our services.
Our mission is clear: to be a better partner and unlock that growth potential within our client’s business and drive results that matter.

Josh - Co-Founder
Graduating with a first class degree in Business Management with Marketing whilst taking on multiple social media campaigns at the same time, it was clear that marketing was the best field for Josh. Five years of heading up the Marketing department for a large UK based Motorsport team, implementing successful marketing strategies for both the team and its external partners generated vast experience in the digital marketing space. Josh and Reece saw that there was better ways for businesses to extract the maximum value from Digital Marketing… and so, Tip-Top Media Co. was born.
Reece - Co-Founder
Reece attended the same university as Josh and also graduated with a first class degree in Business Management with Marketing. Upon graduating, Reece spent the next five years in London juggling a corporate job and being a Social Media Freelancer. Working with multiple London based clients, he became an expert in the field and there isn’t much, if anything, that Reece doesn’t know in the social media space. Compelling content, creative product roll-out plans and engaging copy ideas all come second nature and the experience Reece has is passed down to the wider team.

Whilst at work, the Tip-Top team are focused on two things… building great relationships with our partners and keeping their marketing efforts as effective and profitable as possible!
Outside of work, we all lead our own lives, whether that be raising young families, travelling to exciting parts of the world, attending music festivals with friends, running marathons or looking after our furry friends.
