Graduating with a first class degree in Business Management with Marketing whilst taking on multiple social media campaigns at the same time, it was clear that marketing was the best field for Josh. Five years of heading up the Marketing department for a large UK based Motorsport team, implementing successful marketing strategies for both the team and its external partners generated vast experience in the digital marketing space. Josh and Reece saw that there was better ways for businesses to extract the maximum value from Digital Marketing… and so, Tip-Top Media Co. was born.
Reece Wallace
Co-Founder
Reece attended the same university as Josh and also graduated with a first class degree in Business Management with Marketing. Upon graduating, Reece spent the next five years in London juggling a corporate job and being a Social Media Freelancer. Working with multiple London based clients, he became an expert in the field and there isn’t much, if anything, that Reece doesn’t know in the social media space. Compelling content, creative product roll-out plans and engaging copy ideas all come second nature and the experience Reece has is passed down to the wider team.

Whilst at work, the Tip-Top team are focused on two things… building great relationships with our partners and keeping their marketing efforts as effective and profitable as possible!
Outside of work, we all lead our own lives, whether that be raising young families, travelling to exciting parts of the world, attending music festivals with friends, running marathons or looking after our furry friends.
