The Client
Petdentist® was established in 2015 by identifying a neglected market in pet dental care. It was our vision to promote dental health and the importance of good dental care for the happiness, welfare, vitality and longevity of pets after losing their beloved dog Jippy of 12 years due to heart disease and a stroke. Research has since produced and established a link between poor gum health and heart disease.
The Petdentist was looking to drive sales from it’s website as an extension of its highly successful Amazon store. The client was very active on social media but found that organic posting wasn’t working for him and getting him the results he desired.


What We Did
Our media buying team created a detailed 3 month plan to kick start our clients e-com site, using a tailor made strategy using a range of best practices to help generate interest in their products and ultimately drive sales.
The creative team generated new creative assets to not only promote the clients products but also educate them on the importance of looking after your pets dental hygiene.
The team also found limitations with the clients website and checkout process which was then modified to help improve the conversion rate across the board.
Whilst working with them we have achieved:
- Installed a tracking pixel to effectively run and report on ads to utilise KPI.
- Created a more efficient and optimised route to purchase for the clients customers on their website.
